We use the information we collect to:

• Generate AI-powered itineraries tailored to your team;
• Facilitate bookings and communication between Employers and Vendors;
• Process payments and remit applicable taxes;
• Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages.

3. Payment Information

TeamPilot uses Stripe for payment processing. We do not store your full credit card or bank account information on our servers. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI-DSS standards.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information with Vendors only as necessary to facilitate your bookings. For example, once a booking is confirmed and paid, we release contact information to the Employer and Vendor to coordinate the event. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Tax Compliance

As a marketplace facilitator, we may share transaction data with tax authorities (such as the Minnesota Department of Revenue) as required by law for the remittance of sales and local taxes.

6. Your Choices

You can access and update certain account information at any time by logging into your account settings. You may also contact us to request the deletion of your personal data.
