TeamPilot connects teams with experience partners. Bookings are between you and the partner. We earn a commission only on completed bookings.Reach out if anything is unclear.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TeamPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Marketplace Model
TeamPilot is a marketplace facilitator connecting Employers with Partners. We do not provide the activities ourselves. Partners are solely responsible for the delivery and quality of their services.
3. No Refund Policy
TeamPilot is a marketplace facilitator and does NOT offer refunds. All sales are final. In cases of dissatisfaction, Partners are solely responsible for any remedial measures or credits at their discretion.
4. Payouts and Commissions
TeamPilot collects a commission on every booking facilitated through our platform. Commissions vary based on the Partner's subscription tier (10% for Free, 5% for Premium).
5. Limitation of Liability
TeamPilot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or any interactions between Employers and Partners.
